Liability Waiver
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Hotdeals Solutions for e-waste collection, processing, or recycling services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this waiver. This waiver forms part of our service agreement and is binding upon the organisation or individual requesting our services.
Condition of Equipment
You confirm that all equipment surrendered for recycling or processing is your lawful property or that you are authorised to surrender it on behalf of the owner. Hotdeals Solutions accepts no liability for equipment surrendered without proper authorisation.
Data and Residual Content
While we offer certified data destruction services, it is your responsibility to back up and delete sensitive data prior to handover where feasible. Hotdeals Solutions performs data destruction as a best-effort service and shall not be liable for any residual data exposure on devices where destruction is technically prevented by hardware failure or encryption incompatibility.
Environmental Indemnity
Hotdeals Solutions processes all e-waste in accordance with CPCB authorisation and E-Waste Management Rules 2022. You are indemnified against regulatory penalties attributable to improper disposal once material has been accepted and acknowledged under our collection certificate (Form 6).
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided under this agreement shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. For questions, contact contact@hotdealsolutions.com.
